Show the state in the preview so it’s clear that there are changes to be saved. Would be nice to show the actual changes made with the history item description as well.
The action should be able to render as both text and as a list of changes (property name, old value, new value, type). We could store the action as a list of these and render the list on the fly. The list of property changes could be used to show the changes being made when updating an object.
