Kath’s Salad Dressing
From the kitchen of Kathleen Van Evera.
For a 2-3 serving dinner salad . . .
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. bouillon
- 2-3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1-2 tbsp. milk
You can also add:
- mustard
- salt
- pepper
- chopped onions
- garlic
- or whatever else tickles your fancy.
Instructions
- Mix mayonnaise, olive oil, sugar and bouillon.
- Make sure sugar is crushed and blended into sauce.
- Add vinegar, mixing in well.
- Add milk.
