Drills
Practice in the air along the long axis of the room (back and forth)
- Punch combinations (low straight, high straight, hook uppercut, backfist, all straight line punches)
- Kick combinations (hook, side, front, inverted)
- Hand to foot combinations
- Foot to hand combinations
With the kicking shield
- front kicks
- hook kicks
- side kicks
- rear-leg roundhouse kicks
