Belly Button Salad

Ingredients
- 7 oz. pkg. tortellini
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 4 tbsp. wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ c. olive oil
- 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini; drain and set aside.
- Rinse peas in cold water; drain and set aside
- Mix with wire whisk, pour over tortellini and peas and mix
- Before serving sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese and pepper.
