Bon Bons
From the kitchen of Aunt Teresa.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 12-ounce bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Chop the dates and walnuts.
- Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar; add to dates and walnuts.
- Melt chocolate chips over double-boiler while shaping other four ingredients into balls.
- When melted, dunk balls into chocolate and turn with a spoon until thoroughly coated.
- Place on waxed paper to cool. (I open my window so the cold air hits them, but you could refrigerate them, too)
