Cranberry Orange Bread

Makes one loaf
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 2 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups coarsely chopped cranberries
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Add juice, butter and eggs.
- Mix just until moistened.
- Stir in cranberries and nuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
